The Maxim alarm activation response team - so much more than an alarm.

 

Ready to go - trained to react. For some premises, security begins and ends with an activated alarm but if you have our protection the alarm is just the first stage in a well-organised operation.

 

What happens next? When an intruder or fire alarm is activated Maxim's 24 hr control room coordinator will dispatch one or more of our local response unit will attend the site to determine the cause and handle the situation for you, keeping your people out of harm's way.

 

No cause for alarm? No problem. If it's a false alarm we'll reset it after liaising with any relevant parties. After all alarm activations we ensure that your premises are locked; alarmed and secure before leaving. Over 92% of all UK alarm activations nationally are false alarms so it pays to have a strategy for dealing with them.

 

Maxim - on site and in control. If an intrusion has occurred we'll preserve the crime scene for the Police and notify the client depending on your instruction. We then remain on site until your premises have been boarded up or repaired. We will never leave your premises unprotected.

 

In person or informed. A nominated key holder can attend alongside our own services or you can receive a written report and follow up call from our management team the following morning. Whatever your preference, you're protected.

 

If you prefer we can assign a Mobile Patrol to keep an eye on your property, and our Manned Guarding and Remote Monitoring services will substantially reduce the chance of your property being targeted.
