There when you can't be. Arrange for a Maxim Securities Mobile Patrol to visit your premises when you're not there and we will call regularly at staggered times and can provide a locking and unlocking service.

 

Locking down and opening up. Protection and security remains our priority. A Maxim patrol officer will visit, lock down and re-open the premises the next day. This service can be shared between different clients within the same estate making it a cost effective alternative to manned guarding.

 

Looking out for you. Empty premises are still a target. Maxim's officers can visit empty or void premises to deter unwanted attention. Misfortune can strike just as readily as vandals, therefore, our mobile patrols are trained to respond to both fire or burst water pipes.

 

Improving cover - reducing your premiums. A member of our mobile patrol team can also supervise visitors, workmen or potential buyers around the premises. This service has also been known to reduce your property insurance premiums.
